I act for commercial enterprises of all kinds (companies and partnerships), public bodies (local authorities and statutory bodies) and high net worth individuals. The work is frequently complex, involving many areas of law and is not susceptible to publicity because of commercial sensitivity for the client or their own high public profile.
Senior Associate
Ideal with all aspects of land acquisitions and disposals for mixed use development and regeneration projects. My experience also includes negotiating section 106 agreements and drafting commercial and residential agreements and leases. I act for and advise mainly registered social landlords (RSLs).
Paralegal
On a day to day basis I support lawyers in the Property, Housing and Construction department.
